This Easter Bank holiday the Official Monster Raving Loony Party held their annual spring conference, commonly known as The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party in East Molesey.

It was my great pleasure to take photographs and document the event, I have posted galleries covering the two days .

On day one Loony delegates arrived. On day two there was the traditional pouring of the tea with the deputy Mayor and leader of the party. This was followed by a “hopper race” where members of 3rd Molesey Scout Group joined Official Monster Raving Loony Party candidates. There were then various fundraising events which included a pony and a grid of squares as well as a raffle, all proceeds went to a very worthy local cause 3rd Molesey Scout Group roof fund.

The conference finished off with the “Texas Chainsaw Orchestra” in the Prince of Wales pub, Bridge Road.
